Hey there, I’m Will. Welcome to Will’s Dinner Club which is my patch of the internet where I hope to share recipes…

I like to say I grew up on a farm, the reality of which is, I actually grew up on a smallholding farm which was my Dad’s hobby that earnt some money – I assume. We had sheep, chickens, three cows (yes three) and a couple of ducks before Mr Fox got them for his own dinner club. Back then I was a pretty fussy eater, and so I never really tasted the benefits of home-grown meat, which is a little sad. It was a great place to grow up, where little time was spent indoors if it could be avoided….
